Dennis McCoyTrinity Stables is proud to be the host facility for Dennis McCoy Training.  Dennis began his career at the renowned Chauncey Arabian ranch in 1974.  By 1979 he was the assistant trainer for Gill Chavez and he started all the young horses under saddle as well as trained all the halter and driving horses.  That year he had a national champion driving horse, a reserve national champion western pleasure horse and a national top 10 English Pleasure horse. 

In 1985 he went to work for American farms where he had his own show string of open performance horses. Dennis also put on elaborate sale events selling horses to top trainers all over the country. His career continued at New Way Arabians where he trained famous horses like the renowned, Cirk+/.  Dennis trained him, and Cirk+/ went to the top 5 at Scottsdale in Open Country English. He also won the Arizona state championship Futurity class with the colt Heredero. In 1991 he trained and showed the mare, MS Myrandah, by Worthy Son, and won both the English and Halter Championships at six shows in a row.  These are just some of the many accomplishments of Dennis' show career. 

Dennis McCoyDennis has also had great success in teaching and mentoring young riders.  His youth students have had countless championships including a 2003 youth national hunter champion and a reserve youth national hunter champion.  Dennis trained the horse Psylent Treasure ++/ who was the first Padron Psyche son to win a national championship in performance. 

In 1995 Dennis purchased Medall, a sweepstakes nominated purebred Arabian stallion by Medalion and out of a Bask daughter.  Medall has produced several national champion english horses and national champion park horses. Medall, now 22 years old, is standing to a limited number of mares.
